I had Bell's palsy, there are about 3 years and I freaked out.
It started with tingling numb, then the muscles under the chin, cheeks, forehead and eyes, frozen and I could not move my whole left side of my face or ignore or drink liquids without fail on the left side of my mouth.
I went to the emergency room because I thought I had a blast and told me what it was. Before reaching this bad I had problems with TMJ and clenched his jaw.
It took about 2 weeks to disappear completely. I was prescribed a muscle relaxant, analgesic, and applying heat to painful areas.
After that, he was better, I went to a mouth guard for teeth grinding during the night causing the TMJ pain much better, and luckily I do not have a recurrence of Bell's palsy equipped.
Help Try a heating pad low and the address and a surgical mask should be.
Hope you feel better soon is a terrible condition to suffer!

Recently, I received the same, a little, but I'm over 98% of the refund, the doctor gave me steroids and time. It took about 6 weeks. Take one NSAID, aspirin, ibuprofen, Aleve to relieve pain. I've also found that moist heat also helped. Good luck, I know it sucks.
