Cut into strips sauteed.
Marinate for 2 hours in a marinade # 7
7 c. Tablespoons water
7 c. Tablespoons brown sugar
7 c. Tablespoons soy sauce
a bit like the sauce terriaki
then in a little oil for 3 or 4 minutes cooked quickly on the one side and jumped to a quick vegetarian also prepared in the loins steaks.
Serve on a bed of steamed rice.
Delicious. Use the sauce on rice.
S & P very hot pan without oil
Marinate with salt, pepper, oil, garlic, cumin and lemon, then put them in the oven for a quick minute. Toast is always a viable alternative to barbecue because it is exactly the same process, exactly the opposite. Good luck!
