Camping Locations Free/Cheap Camping Locations In Central California Area?

Free/Cheap Camping locations in Central California Area? - camping locations

Find camping a couple of good free or inexpensive places and to central California. I am located in Bakersfield, but it could result in a few hours if there is a good location. Preferably on a lake or river or something nice but not necessary. Boondocking locations would also be good. I do not need links or anything anyway.
